“The day Retreat was immense in so many ways. You really made the swimming process feel safe and as someone who struggles sometimes with connection and bonding, I loved how you made us connect with you and with the moment.

I also loved the cosy and safe feeling of being with the other women, which is uncommon for me, and very much loved the relaxation at the end…..weirdly the face touching thing made me feel very protected and loved!
