Meet Laura...

As a retired Chartered Accountant (don’t judge) and corporate go-getter, I spent 15 years in the corporate world within businesses such as KPMG, Beever & Struthers, The Commonwealth Bank of Australia and THG. My strengths lay in developing individual humans to unlock their unique potential and building teams with diverse skill sets to perform at their best and work smarter.

There was a real challenge for me in the corporate world as I adopted the belief that in order to be successful I needed to operate in a certain way - one that involved overfunctioning, pushing & hustling, seeking external validation and abandoning parts of myself that I did not deem appropriate in the corporate arena. It eventually led me to a place of deep exhaustion and unfulfillment. And so my passion lies in supporting people to untangle from the conditioning of who they think they need to be in business and to show up with more freedom to be their authentic selves. 

My purpose on this planet is to build more joyful businesses...and in order to do this we must get more heart centred leaders to the top of our organisations. I specialise in Radiant Leadership training and coaching; supporting leaders to explore how we can show up with more soul, passion, courage and openness within the workplace so our businesses and the humans within them can thrive.
