12 month coaching + consultancy programme creating a safe environment, with dedicated support, to facilitate honest, challenging and deep conversations plus enabling positive action for individual and organisational impact.
Through our experience working in a variety of high performance and fast paced environments, our support includes:
Monthly one to one coaching and mentoring sessions
Providing the time and space to identify personal development objectives, build leadership capabilities, increase self awareness of strengths, opportunities and behavioural patterns and explore what it means to have great impact at work.
Quarterly strategic feedback sessions
Support the senior leadership team to feedback themes and insights, drive operational improvements and support cultural upgrades.
Team sessions
Through either half day workshops or full day immersive team offsites, we bring coached individuals together to share learnings, build rapport and understanding of each other and enhance team cohesion.
