An 'on demand' culture is neither healthy OR productive!

Here’s what to do about it…

We adore the work that we do with our Workplace Wellbeing partners, so today we are sharing 3 top tips to help to build a more vibrant culture and allow technology to support our productivity instead of working against it.

⚡️ Cameras on for all Zoom meetings - let’s look each other in the eye when we are talking and communicating. It will improve the output of your meetings significantly and support you to build more connected teams.

⚡️ No phones in meetings - if you have accepted a meeting, be committed to that meeting, be fully present and be engaged in the conversation in front of you. If the meeting is not that important to you or you have something else you need to be doing, do not accept the invite.⠀

⚡️ Send out a clear message to your employees that immediate responses to emails are not expected. Allow your people to stay on task instead of being distracted by the belief that they need to respond to their inbox. This ‘on demand’ culture that we have created for ourselves is neither healthy or productive. 😖⠀

We host workshops on Digital Wellbeing...because no-one gave us a bloody handbook to cope with the digital world as it stands today! 😂 We have trialled, we have failed and we have built solutions that work for us personally and work for our business partners.
