Here’s our tips to making the decision making process easier:

Think about what you’re looking for from coaching

Spend some time thinking about what you want from coaching. That should inform your coach research - do you need someone with a specific specialism? For example we know wealth coaches, parenting coaches, confidence coaches and many others! Or do you want a more generalist approach? What kind of coach traits are you in need of? If you have a specific goal in mind, make sure you outline that to your coach.

Use that discovery call!

Most coaches will offer a free intro call ‘discovery call’ to find out more about the process, pricing, and what you want from the coaching experience.Don’t be afraid to ask questions and outline what you want from a coach. Coaches also use the call to ascertain if they think they can help you make the changes you seek.

Trust your intuition

Our top tip for deciding which coach is for you - if it feels right, go for it. Our clients often come our way through ‘the universe’ - a right moment in time with the right person. Trust what your intuition tells you!
